Formula Fusion Go Karting Championship 2013

Following on from the great success of the Formula Fusion Karting Championships for the last two years, Fusion are delighted to present the Formula Fusion karting Championship 2013 - the premier outdoor karting event for the structured cabling industry's petrol heads.

With two regional qualifiers drivers have the chance to race on some of the most prestigious outdoor kart circuits in the UK, with excitement guaranteed as they hurtle around the tracks at up to 80mph sitting barely an inch above the ground in karts with silly power-to-weight ratios!

Qualifying drivers will go through to the final and the chance to win a Fantastic Four Driving Day at Silverstone. The prize will include the unique opportunity to savour the delights of the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Arguably Aston Martin’s finest car, the V8 vantage is the epitome of style and innovation. Its front-engined layout allows the 4.5 litre V8 to sit far back in the chassis for perfect weight distribution: so the drive more than lives up to the promise of that beautiful shape. Even the noise defies description! As well as the Aston Martin this fantastic day also includes the iconic Ferrari 360 F1 Modena, the truly manic Caterham 7 (on a special Auto Test circuit) and the Ford Fiesta ST Group N Rally Car, making up one amazing package

Northern Qualifier - Three Sisters, Greater Manchester - Friday 17th May.
Added to the Formula Fusion roster in 2012, Three Sisters is the premier outdoor karting venue in the North West. Easily accessible from Manchester and Liverpool, it is known as "The Jewel of The North" within the motor sport fraternity.

Southern Qualifier - Buckmore Park, Kent - Friday 21st June -
Nestling within picturesque Kentish woodlands, this superb karting circuit is world famous circuit for being where Formula 1 stars Johnny Herbert, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton learnt their trade and in fact was where Lewis Hamilton was first introduced to McLaren boss Ron Dennis.

Grand Final - Rye House, Hertfordshire - Friday 20th September -
The circuit is one of the oldest in the country and has seen many F1 starts over the years honing their driving skills on this demanding track as they rise up the motor sport ladder, including Jenson Button, Anthony Davidson and Lewis Hamilton.
